Why everyone keeps coming back.

Restaurante MIRAGE by Axor, nestled in the vibrant district of San Blas-Canillejas in Madrid, offers an inviting culinary experience that blends the convenience of its hotel setting with thoughtful, flavorful cuisine. Known for serving dishes that cater both to hotel guests and local diners, MIRAGE boasts a menu featuring fresh, meticulously prepared options such as chipirones with cebolleta, marinated chicken breast, burrata, panko-coated shrimps, and grilled pulpo a la brasa. These plates captivate the palate with a harmony of textures and tastes, from the creamy, rich burrata to the smoky succulence of grilled octopus.

The atmosphere here strikes a balance between relaxed and refined, making it an ideal spot for a satisfying meal before or after a day of exploring Madrid. Diners often enjoy the generous portions and the comforting aura of the space that is both casual and polished, reflective of its connection to Hotel Axor Barajas. While some guests have noted moments of slower service, often due to peak hours or buffet crowds, the staff’s genuine effort to provide a pleasant dining experience is evident.

Guests like Barbara Zielinska appreciate the value, recounting a meal of fresh seafood and quality drinks that felt well worth the price. El metre, no nos avisó de platos que faltaban, casualmente los que íbamos a pedir. Relación calidad precio creo que bastante desfasada.

For what it is, the food was very good. There was a separate buffet for people from a delayed flight, but ordering from the menu have us three good dishes, burrata, panko shrimps and marinated chicken breast. The burrata was easily the best and all were solidly good enough for a hotel restaurant. Service was slow but they were overwhelmed by the people eating at the buffet. If you stay here you should give it a chance.

Just wanted to say thank you to the waiter working tonight at 11pm (11th Dec). Forgotten to ask for his name, excellent service, was super sweet and helpful. Even gave me some sweet biscuits to take with me when I said I wanted to skip the dessert included in my meal. Keep up the good work, grateful to be served by you.

Very large. Doesn't have the atmosphere of a stand alone restaurant, as it lacks some privacy, but the food and service are good.
